I'm still here, glad to see you back!

I still use your pork loin recipe from time to time even. :)

How've you been?

Turns out I didn't get it, LoL.
I was going to be out on the bike today, but plans changed at the last minute. Tomorrow, then!

Re: The Blog of Blues

So jealous!
I've got a Nikon D50 (D100?) with a 1.5f lens, but I think something's wrong with it. I can't get a clear picture in the EVF and every shot I take with it comes out blurry.

Re: I'm new here. Hi!

Billy, So glad to meet you, and welcome to TMW! You've come to the right place. To jump right in, I think you'll find as long as you're responsible and have some common sense, your 1400cc Intruder wont be unmanageable. It's certainly a little more power than we tend to recommend for beginning riders...

Re: New Here - Need Advice/Guidance

My inclination would be to contact the Maine DMV and see what succor they can offer. Tell them you purchased the vehicle in Maine but are trying to title it in NYC.

Re: New to the forum

Welcome to TMW, we're glad to have you!

My wife and I rode the Z900 at AIMExpo a couple years back and really enjoyed it, how do you like your 650?

Also, huge fan of the Boulevard.

Re: Need Advice on First Bike Purchase - 2008 Honda Nighthawk 250

Honda Nighthawk 250 is a great starter bike, price sounds a little steep to me though. Is that just the asking price or does that include dealer fees? At $2750 there's just a TON of options. My local classifieds has dozens of newish (2010 - 2015) Ninjas or CBs for sale in that price range. I'd hold ...

Pack Some Junk In Your Trunk - Sport Tail Bag by Viking Bags

Our most recent review is live on the main page! We spent a few weeks with the Sport Tail Bag by Viking Bags. We crammed some stuff in it, we turned our garden hose on it, we strapped it to three different bikes and we had a lot to say about each. Make sure to check it out and watch the YouTube vide...

Re: Helmet Fit Guidelines...

Just wondering if anyone had experience of using Bluetooth headphones and mic inside a motorcycle helmet? I'm not talking about the intercoms just regular earphones and mic? I want able to listen to google nav and potentially use a Bluetooth intercom app. I know this isn't going to be as good as a ...

Re: The Riding Game!

You meant five weeks right? 😉 This is the Ogden temple, you can just see the steeple and Moroni in the background. This is as close as you can get without paying for parking, and the cost is your soul. 🙂 Next challenge is a construction cone! Bonus points if you can get a construction worker to pose...

Re: To Ride an Iron Horse - Jack of the Green's Blog

Another Monday update! This is how busy our weekends have been. Pete: We have a little pop-up camper as well, we picked it up last year but so far haven't had a chance to use it. A previous owner replaced the roof with some heavier composite than the original, and the extra weight makes it incredibl...

Re: To Ride an Iron Horse - Jack of the Green's Blog

The Saga of the Motorhome So let me recap this story, just so we're all on the same page. About a year and a half ago, Carrie and I picked up a Class C motorhome. We'd been wanting one for awhile, so we could travel in comfort to fun riding destinations with the bikes trailered, and then do the fun...

Re: HD Breakout 103 v 114

If it were me, I'd take the 2017. The larger tank and aftermarket bits are very appealing, and when you say the price is about the same remember that the 2017 has done some of its depreciation already. And 2k miles is nothing, might as well be brand new. To me, that's more than enough to make up for...
