Depends on where you'll be taking the bike.....
on the highway the vstar will get blown around and maintaining higher speeds will make the bike buzzy.

the shadow won't fare much better but it'll be more resistant and have a bit more top end speed.

i suggest checking out the vstar and ...

Scott,

He doesn't actually own a bike. He likes to go on different forums and troll the hell out of 'em. I think its his hobby. He claims to be a pro...yet knows very very little about bikes at all.

If he were a pro he would've had his bike fixed by now and know that FI systems can be remapped if ...

I would pick the Yamaha 650 V Star over the Honda 750 cause of the weight and difference in power, the Yamaha is lower weight and has better 1/4 mile and HP numbers, the Yamaha is easiser to ride and handle, both bikes are not that fast and quick but the Yamaha is faster and it looks better too ...

I have never bought anything motorcycle-related from a store. ....'cept for my motorcycle.

Its much easier to shop around online and the dealer is kinda far from my house. Since I have never looked at the dealer I can't compare dealer prices vs online prices. I did get a lil coupon thing from the ...

don't worry 'bout it...the guy prob didn't mean anything by that comment.
its a nice bike...but its smaller than his. he's just stating the obvious.

and bikes come in all different sizes. don't worry about whose ride is bigger and worry about that minivan full of kids and the distracted mom.

i was used to having 2 front disks and one rear disk so I had to get accustomed to this setup.

also...theres not much one can do to the motor other than bolt-on ...

...well back on topic...ignore motof150 - he's just a bitter old man that doesn't know what type of bike he wants. he says he wants a sporty bike yet talks about buying vstar then saying he wants a dual sport. lol and he cares so much about how people perceive him that he's afraid to just ride. and ...
