Goggles?

Does anyone have any reccomendations for a decent pair of goggles? I picked up a pair off of newenough.com and frankly they're exactly what I paid for them. Cheap. And the policy says no return (I wonder why?). No biggie, but I'd like to have a good pair. What I dont like is the cheap foam that cush...

I've thought about carrying some extra in a bottle in a backpack because my reserve switch doesnt work, however the image of a fireball sliding down the road keeps me from doing it. Seriously, I've been fine for 2 years using the trip to track my range and I fill up when it's getting close to my mag...

I agree, probably just an overflow in case you overfill your tank. My old Honda had 3 or 4 tubes underneath it, going to the tank, the carbs, etc.

On some bikes you'll see a small hole around the gas cap that is connected to that hose; itt'll keep gas from going all over your tank.

Hough has a page or so about time of day vs accident frequency. I cannot remember the safer of the two times to ride home and dont have my copy handy, but I'm sure someone with a copy will chime in.

You might want to consider picking up a reflective vest.

Decent little bike, great for scootin around the city. I borrow a buddies 250 ninja now and again until I buy a new bike. I've had plenty of throttle left at highway speeds and it gets around 70 mpg.

The 10,000 miles could also be that the odometer rolled over. As mentioned, 100,000+ is typical for these bikes.

I wouldnt buy it for that $$.

Motorcycle cruiser magazine had an article about this a couple of months ago. The author talked about where to find appropriate sized gear as well as a device that would keep them upright in case they fell asleep on longer rides. I think his/her criteria was also that they must be able to touch the ...

Man, I gotta get some of those leathers. The best I've had is a 80 or 90 year old woman hobble up to me and start talking my ear off about how she used to ride on the back of bikes in her day  Dont get me wrong, I was very nice to her and held her in convo as long as she wanted. I couldnt be r...
