Is there a way to bypass ignition module so you can see if its bad?

We tested if with a test light. Tested the spark with a spark plug. Then tested with our hands to see if it would shock us. It didn't. 2011 yamaha stryker not firing. Power going to bike. Nuetral light not coming on. Power going to top and bottom coils but NO FIRE!!! Is there relay switch somewhere for this? If so where is it located? Cant find. Very frustrating. Cant enjoy the weather because bike isnt starting.

Thank you for responding. I have done that. Nothing. Let me explain situation a little better. Key has been lost to my bike. A friend messed up my ignition switch so we took off to replace it.
