Re: Ladies lounge?

Hi MOG, and it was really cool seeing the forum again - I haven't been here in a LOOOONG time, lol In fact I lived in London for 8 months in 2008 since I have been on this forum :)

Nice to see it again and nice to meet you! :)

I am actually pretty good with reading the mannuel, as long as it has pictures that show me the exact places to work. :) I fixed my kill switch and replaced the battery with only the mannuel and my common sense as a guide.

Hey Wrider, It is a 93 Suzuki Intruder 800. I guess some insane person thought ...hey, let's put the battery all the way underneath the bike so no one can get to it with out a lot of trouble because obviously that is something that will never have to be replaced  :frusty: Ah well, and the beat...

Well, I was telling them in the ladies lounge that the battery is underneath the bike on some kind of panel that lowers somehow and if it wasn't so hard to get to I might have already tried to work on it, but it is amazingly insane to try and get to it. :( But thanks for the welcomes and the encoura...

Well, the battery is underneath the entire bike on a little pannel that has to be lowered to get to it. If it was more accessable I might not mind so much, but it is massivly hard to work with underneath the bike.

However, thanks for the encouragement:)

Hello Again

I have finely gotton it almost completely fixed except now the batter is dead and I have to try and figure out how to...

Well first I wrecked it in a "soft" slide. Then I waited a year for someone to fix it who never quite could get it done. So, I bought the book and talked to a guy I know who used to ride a lot who is now blind and he talked me though rebuilding the clutch master cylander and then bleeding ...

Thanks everyone. I talked to a lawyer today and there are pluses and minuses, but over all he said that they should never have to go to court because they would rather settle out and not risk much much more. My lawyer rides a bike :) Just a note to everyone in the states. Apparently, neither an acci...
