Re: Most Important Gear??

The most important bit of gear? Your head, or rather the gooey gray matter in cased in your skull. You could have all the protective gear going and still render it useless if you are not using your head and are riding like an idiot or not paying attention to your environment aka situational awarene...

Re: Most Important Gear??

What's protecting your arms should you go down? What about your legs? How much skin are you prepared to lose? Dress for the crash, not for the ride. I don't know what a CE vest is but sort of assumed it was kind of a jacket. If it's not a jacket, then a jacket with elbow and shoulder protection is ...

Re: Important tire question. Need advise

There is no "I think" to this issue....."DO NOT RIDE THAT BIKE AGAIN UNTIL YOU REPLACE THAT TIRE; IF YOU PUT ANY VALUE ON YOUR LIFE & THE LIVES OF THOSE AROUND YOU". You're playing Russian Roulette with 5 out of 6 chambers loaded!!!!!! I think that you need to check the fron...

Important tire question. Need advise

So as I new rider I was hoping someone could shed light on this situation. Tire has new tubes but the tire itself has some dry rot :? However, I rode on it a few times no issues :littlebike4: here is a pic ( the dry rot is only on part of the tire) http://s17.postimg.org/ivswgj4cf/20151219_170805_re...
