Is the Ducati Scrambler worth the money?

There is no doubt that I loved this bike when I rode it. It's super light, quick, handles well (would handle better on the road with road specific tires) and looks good. However, i'm sure that I'm not the first one to notice that you can get all of the performance of this bike (and maybe more) with ...

Re: KTM 1290 Super Adventure S vs R Comparison

I don't know why they do demos during the week when most people are working.

KTM 1290 Super Adventure S vs R Comparison

Beautiful ride through Niagara wine country on the KTM Super Adventure S. I rode the R version a couple of days earlier but unfortunately lost the footage. Still, it was fresh in my mind so I compare the two. They are both ridiculously amazing bikes. I run through a lot of the details and impression...

KTM 790 Duke test ride

Loved this bike on a recent demo day. Motorcycles have come so far in the twenty years I’ve been riding. Twenty years ago I test rode the original Speed Triple (the round headlights and all) and loved that bike. It was wild but also dangerous (I remember an inadvertent stoppie at a red light). Today...

Re: Do you ride with a cam? Share tips.

Very cool! Been checking out a few of your videos. I like seeing fellow Canadians and even more so ontarians on here! Thanks. Stay tuned, I’ll be in the Algonquin area the whole summer and I’ll be sure to explore that whole area. It’s awesome to be able to bring my rides to others, whether in the s...

Re: Different Spokes TV Motovlog

How important is the back seat on a motorcycle? I bought this one because I wanted to ride with my wife on the back. Since then she has bought her own bike but we will still do lots of two up riding. I love my bike for that.

Honda CB300F - Great for Beginners

So my wife is getting into riding and we bought her this Honda. When I took it to work I wasn't expecting much to be honest as I usually ride a Moto Guzzi Stelvio 1200. However, I was pleasantly surprised by this bike. The power numbers seem low but translate into a good pace as long as you rev the ...

Do you ride with a cam? Share tips.

It’s a good idea to ride with a cam in case something happens even if you never publish the footage. I’m also going to do a lot of riding in the forests of central Ontario so I’m hoping to film some wildlife. Just started doing this and came up with a setup for under $200. I like the GoPro ecause it...

Different Spokes TV Motovlog

So instead of a blog I have a Vlog (Video Log) Where I discuss various topics while riding a motorcycle and talking into my GoPro. I have shared this video before but it is most appropriate to start my vlog with an explanation of why I got back into motorcycling and why I chose the bike I did: https...

Re: Does anyone moto-camp?

I hope to do some camping this summer on my Moto Guzzi Stelvio. Definitely going to Algonquin Park in Ontario, Canada and am hoping to make it out to Vermont and maybe even New Hampshire to hike the Presidential Range.
