Re: How to keep the radiator clean on a 3,000 mile trip?

Flushing your radiator once in a while is an essential part of overall vehicle maintenance. The radiator is the part of your car responsible for thermoregulation. Welcome! I'm not familiar with those bikes. I usually sit on the bike and take it for a spin to feel if it is a comfortable fit for me.

Re: New Seat or Seat Pad

Not only do orthopedic cushions and pillows that have memory foam help relieve pain, but they also reduce muscle fatigue and help your body recover faster from injuries. This is what my uncle i...

Re: Bike Not Starting (2006 Yamaha V-Star XVS1100)

Thanks for the tip on the Clymer manual. I have a Haynes that I think is difficult to follow and have lousy pictures. We'll work on my friend's new V-Star project soon after we finished installing the new exhaust from 4Wheelonline onto the truck tomorrow. It has been sitting for about 3 years and t...

It is very strict around here for blocking the sidewalk parking. You got to observe the sidewalk line.

Re: Windshield or no windshield that is the question?!?!?!?

There are windshields that can be put on and removed very quickly, I recommend that you buy one, so you can have both in one. I prefer bolt-on ones. Sturdier and safe. A neighbor installed a removable one and it didn't last long. He installed it last week along with the motorcycle exhaust and took ...

Re: Clutch drag

I would re-do it. Happened to my buddy's Gixxer bike when he replaced the o-ring. I gave him a hand re-assembling the bike after we finished installing the brake kit and nitto ridge grappler tires on his truck. It turns out a couple of parts were not fitted properly. Better to have another pair of e...
