I recently came across an 89 Fzr 400 and would like to ask a few questions.

First could it be used as a commuter bike and or would it be wise to use it as a commuter?
Second, It already has 26000 miles on it, would it be wise to pass this up and go for something with a bit less, or will I be able ...

Well I ended up With the Joe Rocket Reactor. Its the one with the Leather down the Arms and Shoulders. Fits good and should give a little more protection then just a total textile jacket.
