He had a permit, but it expired months ago. That's the last thing I'd be getting on him about. I have two bikes - rarely ride one of them so I let it's registration lapse. But I do ride it once in a blue moon - if I get a ticket, I'll pay it. I imagine if it's that easy for me, it's much easier for ...

That's completely asinine. What the hell does an extra pound or two mean when your face is going through a windshield? Does not compute. What crazy donkey doctor said that? Perhaps he was thinking of a half/helmet, which probably wouldn't have helped since he took a major blow to the jaw. A full-fac...

My point being that the witness at the scene said Ben had the green. that doesn't mean he was riding safely - he obviously wasn't - but when it comes to damages the other lady pays if he had the green. Won't fix his face but I'll assure you both insurance companies will be quite interested in that f...

The people in the car in front of the lady driving the car that he hit said they went left on yellow when ben was quite a ways away still - they assumed that the car behind them must have ran the light - they assumed that Ben had the green. I feel bad for Ben obviously but if that poor lady lives in...

I don't know who's fault it is. I read that here... http://www.sportsnetwork.com/default.asp?c=sportsnetwork&page=/nfl/news/ABN4024817.htm I'm sure it's all preliminary at this point ...I agree that he would have fared better with a helmet on, but that doesn't make it his fault. We don't know wh...

Just saw this... "Reports added that a car, with Maine license plates, was traveling in the opposite direction of Roethlisberger's motorcycle and turned left. Roethlisberger was unable to stop and the motorcycle hit the passenger side door. " That's not a shocker. That was the #1 cause for...

I read broken nose, broken jaw. Sounds like the full-face could have done quite a bit of good here. Unless you are one of those people who believe the added weight of his helmet would have caused his head to fly off his body. In that case, not wearing the helmet saved his life. /Go Steelers! //wear ...
