I'd like to take the MSF in Virginia, preferably somewhere in southwest viginia near my school, but I'm from PA. Do I have to go back to PA to take the class to get my learners permit? Or would I be able to transfer over the course credit so to speak.

Thanks so much! Yea, I plan on taking the course to make sure I really like riding before I make this investment. As a college student, I have to be careful where I spend my money. Thanks again.

Along the same lines that this thread is already talking about...I'm 6'3" 275 is a 250cc too small for me? I mean in terms of power will I be able to cruise at lets say 55mph?
