What do you guys think of this?(Bike size through the years)

GOOD FIRST MOTORCYCLES

By Chuck Hawks

In a strong motorcycle market, when motorcycles for the street are more specialized than ever, better than ever, and selling better than ever, there is one category of motorcycle that is under represented compared to, say, thirty years ago. That category is ...

Good Brands?

What are some trustworthy and effective brands in the world of safety gear?

I guess I'm just nervous whose product to trust with my well being.

Who makes good helmets?

Who makes good Jackets/Pants/Chaps?

Who makes good gloves?

Who makes good boots?

I've been browsing a lot but can't find much ...

thanks guys for such helpful advice! Yeah, I've been scouting cycletrader like crazy. Unfortunately I've kind of fallen in love with the idea of owning either a:
Honda CB400T Hawk
or the Dream or Super Dream model. Who knows if/when I'll find and/or be able to get one - can't do an MSF class until ...

650cc and under Cruisers

Not sure where to post this, but I went through some websites/newspapers and have been writing down all the cruiser style bikes that I see that are typically 650cc and under . Problem is, I am interested in older (particularly 70's) model bikes and it's tricky to find info on them but here's what I ...

Where to buy and what to buy?

I'm totally new to all of this and I was just curious what kind of equipment you would recommend. I know the categories are:

Helmet

Jacket

Gloves

Over the ankle Boots

Pants/Chaps

But I'm curious about what type for what weather and do they offer protective pants that aren't leather? I guess if ...

I wish that I could - I can't get into an MSF class until next summer. which isn't so bad because I have a lot of convincing to do between my mom and girlfriend (though the g/f is starting to get used to the idea) before I can go buy one. I just love the style of those. Thanks for the comments! :)

wow! All the MSF classes for the entire summer are sold out everywhere within an hour drive of me! Guess I'll have to register in Feb for next summer. :( Serves me right for waiting until the last minute I guess - at least I can always drool over bikes until then or go to dealerships and sit on a ...

Man isn't this thing cool?! DIALUP WARNING! PICTURES

Perhaps I have strange taste but I think these bikes are totally awesome! Haha. I LOVE old school Honda cruiser styles! 750cc is a bit too much for me I believe but these are still pretty gorgeous.
