I am, without a doubt, a fair-weather rider. I enjoy riding when it's nice out. I don't enjoy riding when the weather's cr@p. Would rather take the van in bad weather. Call it self-preservation....or fair-weather riding. That's ME!

Peace~

I also started riding when I was 10--a Yamaha Enduro 100. Rode that and my brother's 250 until I was 18. My next bike was a Suzuki Intruder 800. Now I have a '02 Dyna Wide Glide. My son is 9, and he has a Yamaha TTR90. I hope he has as much fun as I have. :)

I started on the street nearly 50 years ago on a Whizzer motorbike and a Harley Hummer 125cc. Bet most of you guys never heard of either bike. XS I'd like to see a picture of that Harley. Was looking at a '52 Harley the other day while my bf's bike was being worked on. Not for a long trek.... linz

Lemon pledge does wonders. Works just like rainex- doesn't discolor platic, cheap and has the added bonus of giving your desk or coffee table that envied luster. Get THAT out of your bike polish! I haven't used pledge. Cool. Cycle Care products are good though, and the Windshield, Paint,...

Hmm.... I'm a family doctor who pulls a lot of ER shifts, a single mom with a great 9 y/o son who rides a Yamaha TT-R90--his first dirtbike :) I hike and camp and skydive in my free time. I have a frisbee dog and two worthless but cute pups....and a cat who's ALL THAT!

I'm a mom too. My son is 8, and he got a Yamaha TTR-90 this summer. I ride a '92 Dyna Wide Glide. I have some misgivings about riding, but I also skydive and I have more misgivings about that :? I continue to do both, though skydiving definitely takes a back seat to other things....like work and bei...

the vast majority of the local riders are mid life crisis harley riders usually wearing no gear or helmet at all. We also have the requisite squid population. "Mid-life crisis" harley riders? That's funny. Those kinds of characterizations tend to make me laugh. The guys that I ride with a...
