My girlfriend found a deal on a 86 Honda 450 Rebel. IMHO, this is a great beginners ride. They only built the 450 2 model years, I believe, so they are kinda hard to find. It'll run 65-70 all day, but it DOES take it a wee bit o' time to get there, tho......Easy on the gas too....lo maintenance....n...

My girlfriend has a 450 Rebel as her first bike. Altho a wee bit small for my 6 ft frame, it fits her great and can keep up on group runs....just takes her a bit longer to get up to speed. I'd recommend one for a beginner....

engine covers switch from having "DOHC" on them and start saying "Kawasaki" on them?? KZ1000 is model in question. Thanks!
