I just bought a new 2005 Vulcan 800 Classic and It backfires through the Carb. Dealer explained that it was an EPA issue and he could not tell me the fix but I could google it. Does anyone know the web site?

I just bought a 2005 Vulcan Classic 800. I bought extras for the bike but I want to run the factory pipes until after break in. Can anyone recommend the best pipes for my bike? Sound and Perfomance.
