I found my answers! I asked around again at the KZRider forum. It looks like there are a few new members there. Last time I was there, I got a lot of posts, asking if there was such a thing as a KZ 250.

I've been there; nobody has had much info on the 250

I have a 1983 Kawasaki KZ 250 LTD motorcycle engine I am wiring into a bike. I need to wire up the igniter, but don't have the original harness to work with. It's made from the same adhesive vinyl used on most auto graphics/decals. It just has a million tiny holes it it to allow for some vision. It's a hassle to remove, on a car you'd use a heat gun; not recomended on a plastic visor. The adhesive residue comes off prety easily with the right solvent.

Most places that do vehicle graphics can do stuff like that for you. It's usually cheaper if you already have a picture to scan into the computer; if they have to design something, you'll be paying a lot more for their time.
