don't you have to carry your bag everywhere you go then?

If you already have the windscreen off and bring it into a tint shop they can probably do it really cheap most of the cost of tinting on cars comes from the labor of removing all the doorpanels and crap. Bring it in, the cost of tint and maybe labor for 1/2 hour shouldn't run you more then like 30$ ...

so does that mean that bike is legal in the us, i don't even see any of the 250 used for sell anywhere in the us

If I bought a used bike or car I'd change all the fluids, check the belts, spark plugs and other things like that. Plus I'd get my brother mechanic to do it 8]
