graphite lubricant. You should be able to get some at your local auto parts store (Napa, Pep boys, what have you)

If you're not sure what it is that you are looking for when you go in, just ask the parts guys; they'll know what you will want for your purposes.

there are brand-specific forum sections here, but no specific sections for cruisers, sportbikes, etc... Check out the section for your manufacturer and I'm sure that somebody will be able to help you out with your specific bike or will be able to point you in the direction of a model-specific forum....

hate to say it, but I agree with Flesher; the bike will have been stripped by now. Check ebay and other online auction/sale sites - you mind find some of the parts listed.
