With the V* the commonest cause of bluing is running the choke open too long. This causes a richer mixture and hotter exhaust, so the pipes turn blue quicker. Nothing wrong with the bike or pipes.

I have both the pathblazer and tailblazer on both my bikes. Work as described with no wire splicing, just plug and play. As for working, its hard to say. I wouldn't be without it, and I did see a truck back off my tail in suprise when I hit the brakes. They're legal in the states under Federal law. ...

You might want to consider the CPI GTR 150. I looks like a sport bike. has a good write up, and you won't be laughed at when riding on 17 and 18 inch wheels.

Help rear drum brake to disc conversion!!!

I vaguely remember seeing a generic mod to convert the rear drum brake to disk. The caliper fit over the edge of the rear swing arm and the disk somehow bolted to the opposite wheel side.
