Hi there

I previously had a 1984 Magna V45 750 before my Honda cbr 600RR. I started with the Magna and thats the bike i used to get my liscense. A great bike, easy to handle and enough power for a starter. Thats my opinion.

Near where i live one motorcycle rider..24 years old died yesterday when a van cut in front of him at an intersection. The van apprently did not see the rider and the bike hit the side of the van..the speed there was 90km/h there i think.


That makes me wonder that we must always watchout for ...

So now the question is wil i make the move and buy one.

I have no problem tucking in when i nail the CBR, my concern was when i am just riding at cruise speed on the highway.

Today i took my first highway ride with my cbr 600rr. And i notice that the wind is blowing right in my face, maybe due to my height (5 foot 10). To have the wind blow past my helmet i have to tuck in and that is a little inconfortable.

My question is..would a double bubblue windshiel help me ...

Does anyone here ever tinted their sportbike windshield by themself. I dont want to buy a already tinted screen and i was asking myself if it can be done using car windows tint. Will the curve in the bike shield cause some air bubble..or can it be work properly around a bubble shape?

Does anyone knows if the passenger seat is the same size on a 1000RR and a 600RR. Beauce i found something interesting for my passenger seat on ebay, a seat grip to prevent the passenger from sliping back and foward during aceleration or braking, but its for a 1000RR and i have a 600RR. At naked ...

Ok..But how are those insert held in place..adesive?

I dont like wearing sunglasses neither. Well i found some on ebay..they are called Helmet Visor Insert. Maybe i will give them a try.
