Well, hadn't even noticed that , but I wasn't looking all that close. I believe that shop specialized in "repaired" bikes so that may just be an uninstalled part at this time. Just a guess. But 1800 is way to big for me to get started on. Scratch it off the list for sure.

Saw a used one today online and it looks like a nice cruiser/touring style bike. However, I can't find it on the Honda site, or a cycle comparison site. The model number doesn't show up.
