I don't get to post around here much, but this post forced me to hit the "Post Reply" button.

That's a great looking bike and a really great story.

Let's see this bike make it another 16 years.

Can you imagine me going to Navy formal events wearing an evening gown and a riding glove?? :P I actually haven't tried putting my forearm flat on the table to wiggle the glove on that way. I'll give it a shot. No one complains that Luke Skywalker has a metal arm... riding glove should be no proble...

I used to have the same problem... and I found out how much of a B!*@$ it was to put on leather riding gloves when you cant move your fingers or they're curled up. I guess for me, it just takes a lot of wiggling. I would put my fingers half way in where the palm area is, then make em flat by pushing...

You should put up yellow wall paper, Shorts.

$1 goes to whoever can figure out that reference without googling it.

P.S., its literary.

and in both your statements you proved my point. To prove your point, I would have to: 1. Prove the existence of god 2. Prove that all people who ride without helmets are morons 3. Prove that the a significant number of those who die are morons 4. and address why people who may not be morons also d...

Fine.. ABATE is good and all but I don't have time to write an email. I got a packed schedule. To further contribute to this argument, I'll add: People should not be forced to wear seat belts or helmets, its their life let them do to it as they please. It's a bit more complicated for minors, but for...

However I do feel that not wearing a helmet is Gods way of weeding out the morons in the world :D. Thats how I feel about smokers. That's pretty damn offensive. You're implying that all smokers are "morons". It's like me saying bikers are all idiots and letting people ride bikes is god's way of wee...

Um... by "running away" do you mean actively fleeing from a pursuing officer? Or do you mean a biker just cutting through traffic and being able to weave in and out easier, thus getting away from an officer? In the former, probably same as a regular ol' car chase. In the case of the latter, if they ...

She isn't to smart, she hooked up with an "@ssoff". Come on, we all make stupid irrational decisions that end up being regrettable mistakes. Who HASN'T gotten into a relationship they end up regretting? Please don't blame her naivette... personally, I blame the @ssoff for being an insecure, entitle...

I'm sure that sooner, rather then later, we'll get another CR/VX. His departure, while somewhat plagued with obscurity, leaves a vacuum to be filled by someone else.

I'm thinking... a certain someone else who got a shiny new red Ducati 999R for his birthday. Ahhh... let the good times roll.

Any type of collision...involving a conflict of velocities. ie, for those lacking in sufficient reading comprehension, it means you are moving (and the wall is not).

After College

Well, after realizing that I hate chemistry and that a C+ in chemistry is good for nothing, I've been thinking about my prospects after college. I wanted to join the Army prior to college, but stuff just happened. Anyways, I've wanted to join for quite a long time, and I've entertained the idea of g...

School is publishing it with their funds, so their rules. As for the kid, I'd like to pimp smack some sense into his mom. No one is forcing them to buy the yearbook. I always thought yearbooks were useless anyways.
