I've always worn a full face helmet, and recently retired my first one due to age. I'm always amazed at the amount of dings and chips and giant bug death that have happened to that helmet in 5 short years. And most of that would have been crap that would have hit my face at 55+ mph...so I don't see ...

I always wear my wedding ring and hadn't ever thought of taking it off. It's a simple titanium band, so it's pretty comfortable to wear.
Is that a common issue in accidents, losing fingers due to ring wearing?

I've had exceptional luck with the Sidi Jasmin Tempor. Been through many hours of hard rain riding and going through some puddles. Haven't had wet feet yet.. *crosses fingers*

I had the big tank, so mine was pretty heavy and it was definitely a concern at first. I've never ridden one configured like you described, unfortunately. I have the urge to ask you a million questions but I'm sure you already know what to do, its just a matter of time making it happen.

The sporty is pretty top-heavy - how fast is she going when she's going wide? Does she ever take the corner well or is it always wide?

I was hit in the chest with a chunk of drywall that flew off of a work truck in front of me - at 55 that was really less than pleasant.
