I'm stationed at homestead arb so we are required to wear something reflective. I see the army guys wearing vest sometimes. But I just wrap my flight line belt around my backpack. I wear it on and off base. I also wear icons death from above helmet because it was bright and different. I wouldn't per...

I'm typing all this on my phone so sorry for the typos. This has been I nightmare. I plan on contacting them tomorrow. Suzuki has already told me there's nothing they can do. Apparently certified dealers are independently owned and have no connection to suzuki outside the specific things listed as m...

Do you think I'd have any trouble on the highway with the trailer in a bag? It looks like it might be a little flimsy. If its worth the price it might be just what I'm looking for :) thanks for the info

Bike trailers

Whats a good single bike trailer? I'm looking to move up north this summer, and I'll be taking my bike with me. I just want a single bike trailer for my 07 gsxr. I'll probably be buying a small truck or a jeep before I make the trip so putting it in the back might not be an option. Just wanted a few...

I rode to work in 32 degree weather haha but its only a 15min trip. It was still freezing! Luckily I live in miami right now and its rare for it to get that cold. But I ride no matter how cold it is, only something like ice would stop me.

I've had my tire slip out at low speeds before when i'm making a turn into a road with lots of gravel. It takes decent reflexes but I was always able to put my foot down and kick my bike back up. Each time I've laid my bike down I had to take it extra easy for a while. If you think about your previo...

He may not be interested but if it proves its able to better motorcycle helmets i'm sure the technology will make its way over. I like to doodle a lot, drawing new helmet designs is one of my favorite things to waste my time with :)

I enjoy joy riding under 100 miles in length. I enjoy the occasional ride on the highway, pref in a group though.
But as far as my actual riding, I do around 100-150miles a week commuting to school, work, shopping, and misc.

I don't really have much to add, I've only made a 240 mile trip 120 each way a few times. I did want to ask if motorcycles, like cruisers that have loud engines, and I assume much more vibrations hurt your arms on long trips?

I decided to test my old helmet(hand me down) by slamming it on the ground. Took me 3 tries to do any visible damage, glad to know first hand helmets do work :) Now it just sits in my garage, I'm waiting for someone to ask about it so I can make up some wild story about how it happened.

lol the soda can thing reminded me of something that happened at school the other night. I went to park and was going slow so I only applied my back brake to ease into my spot. And my bake tire happened to stop directly on top of a plastic bottle top, nearly dropped my bike.. I skidded almost 2 feet...

I've riden bikes that were a little to tall for me before with no problem. Another you might want to think about is being able to back the bike out of a parking spot. I've had trouble getting out of a few drive ways even on my bike which I can flat foot very easily. You can always find a better park...

That car was handed down to me from my grandparents, eventualy was forked over to my mom when he car broke down, and is now my sisters first car. Its a honda so its a give...

I picked gravel. rain sucks but you can pull over if its gets really bad. I've never really run into leaves that I can remember(I love florida :D ) Potholes are easy to see and at most are uncomfortable, although I remember living up north where potholes were monsters you avoided even in trucks. Gra...

Lowered R6 problems

I've been riding my R6 for about 2 1/2 months now. It was lowered by be previous owner. A riding buddy of mine said maybe up to 3 1/2 in the back and almost as much in the front. To add to that the guy at the shop told me my steering was loose because the bearings need to be replaced(expensive). He ...
