UK riders, help

Hi All, I have a weird question for you all. Has anybody ever encountered a trailer for a motorbike? I ask because i fly R/C aircraft, and joked in another thread about combining the two and going to the flying field with my model on the bike, but it's now got into my head and i'm wondering if it wo...

Newbie in UK

Hi All, My name is Gordon and i live in Scotland where we have some fantastic roads through some of the most picturesque glens, valleys, loch sides. It's just a shame the weather doesn't match the scenery. Great site here, just got my first bike yesterday and decided to look up some of the forums fo...

Hi there from a UK firefighter.

Just got my first bike and found this place, the site looks cool.

That's a nice looking ride, i doubt very much if HD would ship one of them there bikes to us in UK, but that doesn't matter coz we couldn't afford one on our wages anyway :-)

Cheers,

Zen

Hiya, Yeah, sorry, that wasn't really a question about the guy that had it before me, more of an observation (i was thinking and typing at the same time). That's a good call though about ordering the parts before i actually need them, coz it's inevitable that i WILL need them, and quite possibly soo...

Thanx for the reply oldschoolorange. But... here's what happened, i looked the the bike over from lever to gearbox, read a few other threads on TMW (great site BTW) and felt that the cable wasn't properly adjusted since there was no free play in the lever AT ALL. I set about adjusting the cable at t...

XJ 600 clutch slipping

Hi All, New to biking, just got my first bike today, it's a 1992 XJ600. Got a little problem with it on the first ride, the clutch is slipping when i open it up (at least i think it's the clutch, i'm a car guy and to me it sounds like that's the problem). My question is, is there any adjustment in t...
