Yes, the engine will be stall. If I put long enough, the bike is fine and fun to ride. The problem is the Kawasaki tech does not even know what wrong with bike. I will see him tomorrow since I just asked them if I could leave the bike overnight and show them the problem in the next morning.

I don't have any problem with the Idle Speed though. So far, I put 300mi and only the Choke problem.

I just took the Kawasaki Dealer today. The technician could not find anything wrong with the bike. I was so frustated since every single time I let the bike cool down for at least 3 hours, I need to run a choke for at least 5 - 7 min. Grrr ..... Any idea? 300 mi in two months? Is that too much or too little? When I bought it from the previous owner, he already put 150 mi on it. I very seldom ride it since the weather too hot.

Thanks. If I put he choke back off before the temp goes in the middle of Cold and Hot, the engine will go off like not enough throttle.
