used bike: 1993 yamaha fzr 600, 20k miles

I don't have any experience with repairs motorcycles (or any vehicle for that matter). Will this be over my head? Is it worth fixing? And if I were to sell this now, what would be a price you would expect? 1993 Yamaha FZR 600, 20000 miles but new high def lights+new front/back brakes.

Yup, just confirmed that the engine cover is broken. Not sure if I need a new gasket.

Uh oh, if the engine block is the part that sticks out....and isn't covered by fairing...then yes. And oil leaked through it...so....um, is the engine block cracked or does it need a new cover/gasket and how does one tell?

Its also 3 weeks ago and the other guy took care of it. lol. terrible, i know...and the book on maintenance doesn't come for a few days. damn!

So I dropped my bike when it was standing still at a stop light and it fell over. The round metal part--not covered by the fairings cracked and oil spilled out. What does this mean?
