Yamaha has the FZ-6.

I haven't ridden all of those bikes, but i'm sure others will come along and chime in with their opinions.

At your age and with your driving record I would go with the ninja 250. It would be the cheapest to buy and insure. If you don't finance it you won't need full covereage so that could bring your insurance rates down a little more. I would wait until you are older and your insurance rates are lower b...

Ive currently got 5. Its kind of hard to explain some of them without pictures. 1. Center of my upper back. A tribal Dragon. 2. Ring of fire with the japanese kanji symbol for strength on my right shoulder. The flames are yellow, orange, and red. It is the only tattoo I have in a color other than bla...

Most of the sport bikes in the same size range are pretty similar. I would try and find the one that is the most comfortable for you to ride. Some bikes are wider or taller than others. I personally wouldn't get a 1000cc sport bike. The 600's and 750's would have more than enough power for me. Perso...

you have to be 21 to go no helmet right? im 18 It depends on your states laws. In California you have to wear a helmet so that would not work here. I wouldn't take a girl on my bike unless she has her own gear or any spare gear I have fits her right. If she was hurt for any reason I would feel horr...

Have you taken any classes like the MSF basic riders course? If you haven't I would highly recommend it. Like your husband said you have to know when your clutch engages. In the MSF class they call that area the friction zone. When you are letting out the clutch lever there is a certain point where ...

If you get into an accident in those 2 years it could end up being very expensive without insurance.

Are you financing the bike? If you are you will need full coverage which will cost more. Its already going to be pretty expensive since that is a big bike and you are under 25. I got a quick online quote from progressive. I'm 25 I just got my license in july and have a clean driving record. For a 20...

Welcome to the board.

When I took the MSF BRC one of the students asked the instructor about the advanced class and the instrctor recommended waiting untill you have a few thousand miles of experience before taking it.
