Is there a way to test the ignition coil? I just looked online and these are about 100 a piece and I could possibly need two but not sure if that is causing my problem. I would like to not spend that much because I only paid 500 for the bike.
Anyone think this could be causing my problem?

I tried in the other gears also all with the same results, 5,500 RPM and it sputters and surges. I have cleaned the carbs and I have pulled off the...
