I roede up to Palm Bay last Sunday. I had never been there, but wanted to visit the Triumph dealership. I came home via Rte 1....beautiful ride along the coast.

While I hate the term "Newbie", I guess I qualify as that here on this forum. I have been riding since 1965 with a short hiatus in the middle...lol.
I currently own a 2002 Triumph Thunderbird, a 2002 Yamaha Road Star 1600 and am in the process of selling off my 1984 Yamaha Virago 1000.

As you have heard from many others here....be smart....start small. The Ninja 250 is a super bike, and one of the people at work...a 225# guy uses one as his daily commute, so don't immediately think that 250 means "small".
