I ordered some Bags from them and they were defective and they refused to take them back.

I'll never use leatherup again.

So why not file a class action lawsuit? If you are one of many, surely it can be taken to the courts?

I guess that leatherup is counting on THAT being too much trouble for anyone.

It takes a lot of time and effort to get a class action together and it's not worth the time or trouble to me to ...

Probably because they refuse to reply to the BBB or work with anyone to resolve problems.

According to the BBB I am not the first to have a problem with them. My whole point is they do not stand behind their products that they make and that the 100% satisfaction guarantee they also do not stand behind.

Well I'm glad you had a good experience but they did not honor their guarantee and they do have a horrible record with the BBB and other rating sites. I got a response from the BBB and it is posted on the site. It's disappointing to me anyway.

Well I could have avoided my crash if I would have stopped doing wheelies...


Went over backwards didn't get hurt bad but did 1k in damage to the bike.

Between 80 and 90 for me.

I'm still working on them and I got a local bike shop talking to them also trying to get me satisfaction. The people at the bike shop can see there is a defect in the bag too...

Leatherup does not make brackets as far as I know. If I could have gotten the bags and brackets there I would have. I did not see brackets.
