shoe mark on exhaust

After riding Saterday my roomate decided to go sit on my bike.

When he was gettin off his shoe touched the exhaust and left a nasty little patch of rubber burned onto the exhaust pipe. Is there anything that will take this off? Or will it burn off on its own?

nice bike. only thing i don't like on its look is the seats. i like the older F4i seat when it was a 2 piece. congrats! :D do you plan on doing anything to it? cosmetic and performance? ive only been riding on the street for a little over 2 weeks, i havent even been able to take the MSF course yet....
