I'm good down into the low 20's with just my normal gear :D 20f that is. I don't unnerstand them celcions yall use. I think the secret, is to always keep a warm torso. When it gets really chilly I wear a decently heavy t-shirt, and one of those performance fleece jackets, then my tourmaster with the...

Jen came within a whisker of buying a gz250 this last weekend. Even made me take a used one they had out for a spin. Fun little ride. Would need a little suspension work and probably something done about the seat.... Otherwise a delightful lil scoot. I'd guess a lil luggage, and maybe a shield... co...

It snowed here last Friday. So I invite you, Mr. Geoff, to go pound sand. Yes, I am blaming you. You brought it up, it follows that it's your fault. Besides, if you can blame the drivers trying to kill you for the rain, as in your other post, I can lay this on your head. And have done. So...

Well I'm relieved. Got a new rear tire....and that annoying grinding/rubbing/vibration thing......went away. I was absolutely convinced it was a bearing. Then I was convinced it was the shaft drive, Then I was convinced it was something in the transmission. Went with a D404 on the rear. spent the we...

You got a point. When i first ventured into geekland I got the usual.....hey can I ask you yadda yadda yadda. Can you fix blah blah blah etc.... Friends get a pass. My friends are the type that would give you the shirt off their backs though. Parents/relatives get a pass too. Everybody else I tell, ...

I've had cages move to the very right or left of their lane and wave me around before. Maybe if something was wrong with their car and no oncoming traffic I would consider it. But when they just want to see me whiz past them for their enjoyment I do the opposite and back off them as far as I can wi...

"person of questionable DNA" Ok that cracked me up. Oh I haven't told you about my new neighbor have I? She's a MSF instructor. Rides a bright red SV-650. Purty bike. No strips made of chicken on those tires. Nice lady too. I think I now get the unhappy duty of telling her that my bike was stolen.

To the smacktards with my bike.

Dear sir or madam, I see that you have leapt full heartedly into the ownership of your 1992 katana. I realize your desire for your new motorcycle was intense, but in the future please refrain from creeping your sorry DNA gargling "O Ring" into the parking lot in the middle of the night and loading t...

I finally managed to save up enough scratch to get a fresh tire on the rear. Good grief I wouldn't even use that thing as a tire swing now. Went with a Pirelli Mt66 on the rear this time. 124$. with mounting and balancing. sheesh. Glad my car tires arent that much. I think I spent 220 for a set of 4...

There was only one light that's ever given me trouble here. I Think these are the magnetic sensed kind but I'm not sure. As I've sat on the side of the road and watched the stupid thing randomly give greens to empty lanes instead of the chock full main road. It also made me wait through 3 cycles bef...

I caught some recent motof150 activity at I think IntruderAlert the other day.
I did see that they were talking about either him, or someone with the same name.

As it seemed to be a bunch of agitated folks, I'd guess it was him.
