But ive tried the "buy an old neglected bike and fix it up" thing and it just wasnt worth the hassle in my opinion. Parts were tough to find and expensive once I did find them...and it seemed everytime I fixed something, I would find another thing that needed attention. It can quickly tur...

As far as it being the right size, you'll have to sit on it and decide for yourself. You can just keep it on the side stand and sit on the bike with your feet on the pegs. I'm lighter than you so I've done it on other bikes to see how well I fit on it. That works. If it doesn't feel like it'll work...

I can't remember which magazine or website it is..but one of their bike testers has one and he swears by it. He likes is as much or more than his old Aerostich he said.
