Hi Romex2121 ... Usually a couple of ounces of rum or vodka takes care of the numbness.
Ok ... that was stupid... look into a heavier bar end weight at maybe an aftermarket source.... see what the dealer thinks but beware the dealer is in business to sell you something.

Hi Amdonim... I got a cover for my bike (I got no garage) and the instructions said to let it cool down. Mine is for all weather and does good but it has not been through really bad weather. I seem to recall seeing a cover with a material that won't melt.. made for a hot exhaust. Mine cost about $80...
