Re: Budget Jacket and Boots

I'm gonna have to agree with Mike. I've had a Joe ROcket Phoenix 2.0 jacket and had 3 crashes in it, nothing really major, and it's still in great shape.

They have composite toe boots that are lighter and just as strong... and don't show up on metal detectors....

All I know of is... Renton Motorcycle (Renton), Eagle Leather (Tacoma), and Hinshaws (Auburn). I looked up Issaquah and noticed it is in a nice area for riding, not even that far from my current residence. I can head down the #97 enjoy the scenery and head across the #90 right to Seattle... probabl...

Re: Tips on buying a new bike

Go sit on some bikes. Ninja 500 is a good place to start, GS500 is great as well. I love my GS500 and went that route, to be fair I was already planning on a GS500, but I went that route after sitting on some and I much prefer the fit of the GS. But it is different for everyone! I sat on a CBR and ...

Re: GoPro HD videos

Thanks, but the editing could've been better. The last vid showed how hard my suspension has to work on our darn roads, even on the highway. Thankfully Kawasaki Uni-Trak and Anti-dive forks work great. I'm surprised to see the clips embedded. Hopefully no one will have a problem loading this page. T...

Re: Brrrrr

It's 6°C/ 43°F here with rain showers. 100% ride-able. Only problem is that it's below the temperature that JB Weld recommends so it looks like the clocks will be propped up using industrial zip-ties... still looking for a crashed ZRX with an intact front cowl. At least tomorrow will be much warmer ...

Re: GoPro HD videos

Here's a video done at night. I decided to cut down a lot of it because there wasn't much going on besides heavy traffic. I think I will redo this video seeing as how it seemed to sync well with Windows Movie Maker and then get screwed up in finishing process. I normally would use iMovie but my MacB...
