I'm new to TMW and to motorcycle riding in general. I just bought my first bike yesterday, and I'm pretty excited to get it licensed, get my permit, and start riding!

There are a few of us from the KC area.
Based on your other post, I would recommend taking an MSF approved beginning riders course before you attempt to ride your new bike.
I would also recommend you contacting the manufacturer for a copy of the owner's manual.
