New Design of the Ninja 250

#1 Unread post by Dchi0175 »

I recently saw that Kawasaki had finally changed the deisgn of their 250. I used to own a '99 model and it was one of the best bikes that I have ridden. Even more than the CBR600 I currently own. I am just curious if anyone else has ridden on the new 250. What are your thoughts? How does it compare to the older model?

No one's ridden it yet, not out. It's essentially the Ninja 650 frame/body with a 249cc motor. Definately an "about time" change. Now if they'd just make the EX500 less ugly...
2000 Kawasaki Ninja EX500R (Sold)
2006 Suzuki SV650S (Stolen 4/08, recovered 12/08, sold 3/09)
2004 Suzuki SV650S (Sold)

Being bikeless SUCKS!!!

I bought one for my wife yesterday. It's her starter bike. I've never ridden a sport bike before, so teaching her will be an experience for both of us. IT's 30 degrees and wet here until Saturday, so we're doing minimal riding until then.

I bought a Green 2008 Ninja 250R on February 5th. Handles just great, comfortable, easy to ride and looks just like the bigger Ninja's. Fully insured for $315 per year...can't beat it. More fun in the twisties than the bigger Kawasakis I've owned before.

It's a very popular bike, it's been having great reviews from what I can see in other sites.

The new 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 250 has been improved a lot. It sports a sharp styling similar to the ZX-series ninja bikes. The new model looks super cool, and it is available in very attractive paint schemes to choose from. I have already booked the new 2021 Ninja 250 in the KRT paint scheme. the performance has been affected compared to the older model. I recently took a test ride and it is a perfect bike for daily use as well as for weekend fun rides.

Tell me that you are aware that this is an old thread. It's 2021 so expect the features of this motorbike improves as time goes by.
