That 675 is gonna be a wild ride too. Though unless you want the full committed RR riding position I would look elsewhere, everything I have heard about the 675 states that it is every bit as uncomfortable as the japanese 600 race reps.

There is supposed to be a naked 675 coming out next year to replace the speed four, knowing triumph the engine will be the full spec dayona engine.

I have sat on the S2R myself and though it has an aggressive riding position I found it quite comfy. I personally prefer the dark version myself.

Aggressive???? It's like an Lazy-Boy recliner compared to everything else that I have owned for the past 16 years!

Compared to my bike which is also a standard its aggressive.

Oddly its quite comfy despite being leaned forward a ways. Its definately an agressive position for a standard.

Granted I know of a few standards that rate right up there with race rep sportbikes for torture rack riding position, the BMW K1200R comes to mind (think comfy standard peg position with a REALLY long reach to the bars)

The S2R & the S2R1000 in the Red w/ the white wheels was the best color combo for those bikes IMO. Too bad they only make the red now with the black wheels. :frusty:

I dunno, I wish for black wheels everytime it's time to clean those shiney white wheels....

That's true. Since white on the body stays much cleaner looking than black on the body, I assumed the same for wheels. However since brake dust and used chain lube are all dark, I can see how it's a nightmare to keep clean. I guess that's why Ducati discontinued it?

They bring 'em back every few years. They've been doing so since the eighties.

They have 'em on the S4RS in the Pearl White/Red combo. Awesome combo IMO. The Tricolore is nice too.
