New rules for riding a 125cc motorcycle in France

Now in France everyone who wants to ride a 125cc motorcycle must have a licence and three hours of lessons.

In France, a person who wants to ride a 125cc motorbike can do so if he has held a car licence for two years.

Now on January 1st, 2007 to ride a 125cc (less than 15hp) motorcycle, everyone who has a driver licence for two years must also take a three hour course (minimum) about riding an motorbike and risks of motorbikes.
