well when they first came out they were much more capable machines, so it stood for sports utility vehicle. but now they are just a mini van with a differnt style body, big engine, big tires. the majority of them would not fair well at all off road. have no utlity features, and are not geared for sports. most having leather seats and what used to be a cargo area is now a row of seats.

i think a new term needs to be made for them, maybe truck/vans ....vucks....

Best guess I've got over here is "Single Use Vehicle", as nobody can afford to fill em up after getting them home from the showroom....

Please enlighten me

Ouch, my tank holds 6.1 gal or 26.4 ltrs. this summer gonna hurt the wallet. At least it's cheaper than my 4 wheeled ride.
Many say live to ride, I say ride is to live.

The Italians do it ... why can't you ??? Did I mention that's also the mom, dad, three kids, all their stuff going to the beach on a Vespa? Yeah. I've seen it.

OK- But I can't fit the wheel barrow on the bike too. Its either the wife or the Wheel barrow, and the wheel barrow is kinda cold at night.

Of course so is the wife.

Still, the old vulcan just wasn't built for sand.
