Put 'em out there for everyone to see!

I'm going to do the weight loss thing again. I lost 35 pounds between January and July last year, then put it ALL back on after the summer ended. This time I'm going for 45 pounds, and to not but it on again.

Oh, and, we're gonna buy the house.

Those are my two New Years Resolutions.

I always pick something to focus on for the year, but something on a different scale than you would usually hear about. Last year I said to "Make 2013 count" because 2012 was not a fun year for me. And I did stick to that plan and am proud of all that I accomplished both at work and at home. For 2014, my plan is to make it "the year of Me & Mike" as in don't work myself to the bone like I did in 2013 but instead focus more energy on making sure the both of us are truly happy.

I resolve to smile at least once every day.
