This is a couple of years old... so back when it was made most of it was true. I remember going through most of that crap at the school computer labs. I'm not sure about the dock menu thing though.
Of course I'm generalizing from a single example here, but everyone does that. At least I do.

Cute video. Its sad when a 30 year old man can't get a computer to work that was basically built to be userfriendly to 9 year olds. Maybe his nefew could help him out getting a CD to play :-D

I used Macs for years and years, never experienced the problems this guy claims to have had. In fact most of what he described happens on PCs just the same (locking up, programs crashing for no obvious reason, etc).

My guess is that this idiot had no idea how to run a Mac and loaded a bunch of third party extensions (knowing or unknowingly) that conflicted with each other (which happened to me many times) and it gave him problems. He should have left the computer alone and run "Amazing Mr Math Wizard" games.
