WTF...

Okay, how about those crazy pictures, stories that just dumbfound you. For example: You go out and buy something because it says, "MADE IN U.S.A." right on the product. But is it really made in the USA?

OMG, seriously? Well, that is really, really sneaky and something I'd unfortunately expect in today's society. :(

Well we know the plastic will outlast the metal....

Other tricks that the Chinese use to fool the unsuspecting public into buying their despicable POS products is to stamp Made in PRC instead of Made in China. They also "falsely" name their companies to sound Japanese or Western or just use initials to fool the unsuspecting consumer. Just utterly despicable.

PRC is NOT Taiwan, it is mainland China. It is the initial for "People's" Republic of China. Taiwan always used Made in Taiwan; no way they would even want to be remotely associated with China.

True, Koreans are using initials too as in KBC, and HJC but there are other reasons for this. South Korea has the misfortune of having some of their names wrongly assumed to be Chinese by Westerners. Many probably think companies such as Hyosung and Samsung are Chinese because it ends in "ng". Since nobody in a million years would want to be mistakenly associated with China, they are using initials.

Chinese companies can make good quality stuff, but many American and European buyers want cheap, not good.

They are not capable of making good quality stuff, if they were, they would be making them and exploiting that market segment as well.
