Hello!
This may be a stupid question, but I have a '07 Suzuki Bandit, and I am wondering how to best clean and protect the 'naked' portion of the bike. Most of the engine appears to be painted, so should I wax these portions? Any advice would be great!
Thanks in advance!

don't wax the engine.
you can wax the tank and body panels, as long as your wax is good for plastic.
As for cleaning the bike;
garden hose
bucket of hot soapy water
scrub brush
chamois for drying afterwards
