I have recently purchased a 49cc Honda Metropolitan, and am considering removing the battery for the winter and trickle charging it. I have heard that the wong charger can ruin the battery, so I'd be interested in any charger models that anyone could recommend, or even just a specification for a charger.
Thanks, Bruce.

Do not use the cheap trickle chargers unless you are going to monitor them very closely. These will dry up your battery in a couple of days. The way to go is with a self monitoring charger, these you can hook up, plug in and walk away and have no worries.
