Spark plug color

I'm back with another question. I finally have the space and tools to do my own work, but I'm not super experienced. I just changed my spark plugs and noticed that the tips were kinda light. I remember that in cars this means that the engine is running too hot. However I'm also pretty sure that my bike is designed to run lean. So is this color normal or do I need to switch to cooler plugs?

Post a picture.
The porcelain insulator on the electrode (center part) should be a light chocolate brown (like milk chocolate).

Nevermind, I thought the color of the ground strap was important, but after further reading I guess I was wrong. The insulator is a nice mocha. Guess all is well.
