kinda got it fixed thanks for help.

no intake leaks carbs just out of sync. adjusted them two 2 and quarter turns out but still need to have them sync. i built sync mechanism just gotta figure out how two use it lol.

Excellent. The symptom you described is usually caused by an intake leak, carbs out of sync, or misrouted cable. Since you said you removed the carb, the first thing to check for would be the leak.

As for the sync, you just need to adjust the four carbs so they all show the same vacuum. Don't be too concerned with what the actual number is, just get them all at the same level.

BTW, how did you come to the conclusion that is was the carbs needing synchronization?

i replaced every thing else and observation showed that the middle screw for carbs 2 and 3 was turned alot further out then the other screws adjustment screws i just bought the bike and trying to finelly tune everything. idles great but at 70 mph has hesitation

You are talking about the locknut to adjust the vacuum and not the fuel mixture screw, correct?

heck i dont know there is three screws between carbs that my buddy told me to seat them and turn out to 2 and quarter turns and it worked except need finely adjusted

I think you are talking about the fuel mixture screws, those have nothing to do with carburator synchronization.

well if ur talking about air screws they have a plug over them that i cant get to

well they were my problem they were set way differnt positions do u know how far they should be turned out from fully seated

They should be equal distance from the small by-pass passages at the bottoms of the carburetor bores.
