79 cx 500
I have Honda 70 cx 500 ..I hosed it off it was pretty dirty, it was running before I decided to hose it and now it won't start. I put new solenoid, the starter works I tested it...changed the plugs, the 20amp fuse is good. this cdi stuff is new to me. I am going to try neutral safety next, maybe coils, maybe a switch?

Do you have spark?
Every part you named is a maybe until you actually diagnose what's wrong.

No spark both cylinders?
What can cause no spark? Well - plug wire, coil open, coil connector, power (ignition box)to coil, kill switch, etc.
Helps if you have a wiring diagram. But just unseating and reseating connectors can often "fix" issues.

An electrical diagram showing part proximity doesn't mean that the physical parts are next to each other. But if there's other text indicating so then - they are.
Is the kill switch on the same side as the horn button?
