Edit- You can't start it if the battery is depleted. Did you recharge it since it died?

Edit- Describe precisely "jump start" From what? To what?

What does the battery voltage read? What does the battery voltage read when you push the starter button?

Ill tell you all the voltage readings tomorrow my voltage reader stoped working got get new one and i jump starter with jumping cable will it was off the bike in my hands with jumping cables in a 12 volt battery putting red on the part were positive goes and grond clamp on the bolt hole and the starter spent over but when put on bike don work but ill give you all the voltage readings tomorrow afternoon thanks for all the help

If you are jumpering from a car battery the question is whether jumping to your battery provides enough power to spin the starter.

With a good external battery you could just disconnect your battery from the system and clamp to your battery cables. But if it doesn't start this would leave some uncertainty about the quality of the clamping connection.

We want to know if power is getting thru the starter relay. But again, since the bike died while running, a failing starter relay CANNOT cause that symptom..... so we go back to battery that isn't getting charged while the bike is running as the most likely cause of the problem.

Voltage of battery hooked up and press botton drops to 6.07

Bad or badly discharged battery. Typical car is about 12.5 before cranking but with ignition on and about 10V while cranking.
Not sure what a bike should be but I guarantee 6V isn't going to do the job.

(hope you can read thru the site issues)

A controller is a gadget that controls charging. On the off chance that you have a controller, you have something that is intended to charge the battery (there are special cases yet they are very impossible for your situation). Cruisers don't have 'alternators' like autos do - which means - a different turning bit of apparatus more often than not belt driven. The cruiser alternator segments are typically under spreads on the motor along the edge.

I hope your buddy understands that motorcycles don't usually start charging the battery until the engine RPMs are up quite a ways. That's different from how cars usually are. Service manual should tell you what voltage you'll see at what RPM.
